Let’s Build a Stronger, Safer Austin Together!
Neighbors & Friends,
Serving as your council member has been an incredible privilege. Together, we've made substantial progress in enhancing public safety and improving City Council's transparency and accountability. Yet, our journey is far from over. We've laid the groundwork for real change, but there is much more work ahead.
I am committed to continuing our efforts to make our neighborhoods safer, measurably improve our quality of life, and ensure our public spaces are safe and clean for everyone.
With your support, we can build on our successes and tackle Austin’s challenges with determination and unity. I ask for your vote to keep this momentum going and create a brighter, safer, and more prosperous future for all. Let's move forward together, stronger than ever.
Thank you for believing in our shared vision.

About Mackenzie
Before her election to City Council, Kelly served the community at the Round Rock Fire Department Training Division and the Austin Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). In 2019, she was elected president of the 100th class of the Austin Police Department's Citizen Police Academy, which deepened her support for local law enforcement.
Kelly served the Jollyville Fire Department from 2005 to 2013, where she completed a year-long fellowship through the Disaster Science Academy. Her dedication to serving vulnerable populations is evident through her work in home health care and her appointment by Governor Rick Perry to the Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities.
On a personal note, Kelly is a proud mother and is happily married. She graduated from Westwood High School in 2005 (Go Warriors!).
